First and foremost, you must visit MMJ.com and select “Pennsylvania”. Once you are on MMJ.com/Pennsylvania, you will view the steps that are required to receive your PA medical marijuana card.

Step 1. Take a free pre-assessment

Find out if you qualify for a medical marijuana card in Pennsylvania by answering a few simple questions. Once completed, schedule a virtual or telephone appointment with a licensed medical marijuana doctor. Step 2. Visit the Pennsylvania DOH medical marijuana program and receive your patient ID

Once the PA DOH MMJ doctor approves you for a PA medical cannabis card, the doctor will submit the certification to your PA DOH account. The PA DOH will email you further registration instructions. Intractable seizures;
Multiple sclerosis;
Neurodegenerative diseases;
Neuropathies;
Opioid use disorder for which conventional therapeutic interventions are contraindicated or ineffective, or for which adjunctive therapy is indicated in combination with primary therapeutic interventions;
Parkinson’s disease;
Post-traumatic stress disorder;
Severe chronic or intractable pain of neuropathic origin or severe chronic or intractable pain;
Sickle cell anemia;
Terminal illness; and
Tourette syndrome
